Police arrested a notorious drug trafficker in a raid in a posh subdivision in Pasig City, Wednesday afternoon.
Police raided Ombai Mama's townhouse at the Royal Villa Subdivision in Barangay Pinaghubahan around 5:00 p.m.
Seized from Mama's townhouse were 300 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) and ephedrine and a .40 pistol.
Mama admitted to ABS-CBN News that he owned the recovered items.
"Oo. Akin iyan. Wala na akong magagawa, nandito na ako," the suspect said.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangers Drugs Act and illegal possession of firearms will be filed against the suspect. With a report from Apples Jalandoni, ABS-CBN News
